The DeSoto 528X310QTKT Conductive Coating is a carbon-filled, high-performance epoxy system formulated to deliver controlled surface conductivity on non-conductive composite and plastic aircraft substrates, while supporting topcoat compatibility and long-term durability. Engineered to comply with aerospace specifications including BMS 10-21 Type III, it provides resistivity levels from 0.1 to 100 000 Ω/sq, thereby enabling efficient static charge dissipation and bonding to metallic structures. With excellent adhesion to composite surfaces, resistance to fluids and harsh environments, and compatibility with conventional or HVLP spray equipment, this black liquid coating effectively supports radar, antenna and fairing applications across service temperatures extending to –65 °F (–54 °C) up to 350 °F (177 °C).
