 1. Business Identity

For legal and operational purposes, the names SHOP-EAGLE and shop-eagle.com are considered equivalent. Both are registered trademarks and the exclusive property of EAGLE AERONAUTICAL SUPPORT LLC .

 2. Secure Purchase and Customer Protection

We guarantee that all transactions made on our website are completely secure. In compliance with the Fair Credit Billing Act , if an unauthorized charge is made to your card as a result of a purchase on our site:

  • You will not be liable for any fraudulent charges.
  • If your bank applies a liability of up to $50, we will assume it in full , provided that:
    • The unauthorized use was not due to your negligence.
    • The purchase was made through our secure server.

Note: It is your responsibility to inform your credit card provider of any suspected fraudulent use, following their procedures.

 3. Order Processing

  • If the product is in our warehouse (Miami, FL), the order will be assigned and processed within 1 to 2 business days .
  • If it is not available in stock, the site will display an estimated delivery time (lead time) , which represents the period in business days for the item to arrive at our facilities, not including transit to the final destination .
  • Orders placed after 2:00 pm ET will be processed the next business day.
  • Once in the shipping phase, the order cannot be modified.
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

 4. Urgent Processing

You can opt for same-business-day shipping for an additional $25 USD, subject to the following conditions:

  • Order confirmed before 12:00 pm ET.
  • Payment processed and approved by 12:00 pm ET.
  • The shipping address must match the billing address.
  • This option is only available for in-stock products.
  • If expedited processing is not fulfilled, the additional fee will be refunded . This is the only possible compensation for such a request.

 5. Accepted Payment Methods

  • PayPal
  • Stripe
  • Bank transfer (ACH) or checks (slower processing)
  • Cash on delivery (COD) payments are not accepted.

 6. Sales Tax

  • They apply according to the destination of the order.
  • If you are a tax-exempt entity , you must submit the corresponding documentation before placing the order .
  • Once the shipping process has begun, SHOP-EAGLE cannot refund any taxes charged. In this case, you must process the refund directly with the appropriate tax authority.

 7. Order Tracking

  • You will receive email updates as your order progresses.
  • You can also check the status by entering your order number and email address on our website.

 8. Pending Orders ( Backorders )

  • The site will indicate if a product is in backorder status.
  • In case of inventory inconsistencies, you will receive an automatic email with updated details.

 9. Cancellations

  • To cancel, please call (1-305) 320-4507 during business hours.
  • It is advisable to also send an application by email.
  • Cancellations are subject to a fee of up to 15% if the order is already being processed.
  • Cancellations of orders that have already been shipped are not accepted; in that case, the return procedure must be followed.

 10. Returns

All requests must be processed using the SHOP-EAGLE Return Form . Please first review our Return Policy posted on the website.

 11. Shipping and Logistics

  • We use FedEx and DHL as our primary carriers.
  • Tracking information will be sent on the same day of dispatch.
  • Products classified as hazardous materials ( HazMat ) may require special shipping methods, subject to additional fees.
  • You can use your own carrier account, with an administrative fee.
  • Pickup by the customer can be arranged with prior authorization and at no additional charge.

 12. International Exports

  • We accept international orders, which are shipped in a single delivery .
  • SHOP-EAGLE does not cover taxes, duties or customs costs.
  • It is the buyer's responsibility to know and comply with the export laws of their country.

 13. Technical Support

SHOP-EAGLE does not provide technical advice . All technical information comes exclusively from the manufacturer. For compatibility or installation, please contact the product supplier directly.

 14. Use of the Site

You agree to use shop-eagle.com only for lawful purposes. Automated access, reproduction, or distribution of the content without express authorization is prohibited.

 15. Refunds for Manufacturer Promotions

Any mail-in rebate is subject to the manufacturer's policies. You must contact them directly to process it.

 16. Promotional Codes

  • They only apply if the minimum order amount is met.
  • They have no cash value and may be subject to specific terms.

 17. Price Matching Policy

SHOP-EAGLE does not match prices with other stores. Published prices reflect our most current offering.

Return Policy


At SHOP-EAGLE , we strive to provide a transparent and trustworthy shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can request a return of products as long as they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Returns must be requested within 30 calendar days of the order being shipped .

Once we receive and evaluate the returned products, a refund will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of purchase. This policy does not apply to personalized, personal-use, or final-sale products . To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team.

 1. Refund Request

For an item to be eligible for a return, it must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, and in its original packaging. This packaging must be protected by an additional shipping box (ideally the same one the product was received in or a similar one). Labels or notes should not be placed directly on the original packaging , as this may invalidate the return.

Customers can initiate a request from the "Orders" section of their account or through the "Contact Us" form . All returns require the completion of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form . This form must be pre-approved by SHOP-EAGLE before the item is shipped.

Once we receive your request, we will send you an RMA number along with specific shipping instructions. If the return is not approved, the reason will be communicated. Any item returned without authorization will be refused and returned to the customer with shipping charges due .

This policy may be modified at any time without notice and should be considered a general guideline for the returns process.

 2. Products Not Eligible for Return

Some products are exempt from the return process due to their nature, conditions of use, or manufacturer policies. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Products subject to non-cancellation and non-refundable (NCNR) agreements .
  • Items with a limited shelf life , unless this requirement has been previously specified at the time of purchase.
  • Hazardous or regulated materials , considered final sale.
  • Opened or used electronic equipment (except headphones), unless they have manufacturing defects.
  • Software and DVDs , which can only be exchanged for the same title if they are defective.
  • Components such as De-Ice Boots or spark plugs , if they have been opened or tampered with outside of their original packaging.
  • Batteries , which must first be handled by the manufacturer under the corresponding warranty policy before contacting our team.
  • Cans with dents , provided the contents have not been compromised, will not be considered a valid cause for return.

 3. Inventory Replenishment Charge

All authorized returns will be subject to a restocking fee , which will be assessed per product and communicated at the time the RMA number is issued.

In cases where the returned item requires additional testing or recertification , an additional charge will apply .

 4. Credit Processing

Once the returned items are received, they will be inspected to verify they meet the established requirements. If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.

The credit will include only the value of the products and applicable taxes. Original shipping costs, inspection fees, or certification fees will not be refunded unless the return is due to an error on our part or a manufacturing defect.

If the product is returned outside the authorized RMA period , credit will not be issued. In these cases, the items will be returned to the customer at the destination's expense, and an invoice will be issued for the administrative costs incurred.

To be accepted, all returns must be sent in their original packaging and in resalable condition . Items that arrive damaged, altered, or incomplete will not be accepted .

Product shelf life Policy


At SHOP-EAGLE , we understand that certain products require specific conditions related to their manufacturing date and remaining shelf life. Therefore, we strive to ship items with the longest shelf life available, under rigorous quality standards.

1.Inventory Management with Useful Life

All of our products subject to expiration are managed under the "first in, first out" (FIFO) principle . This methodology allows us to ensure efficient inventory turnover and minimize the risk of products with limited shelf life.

We do not guarantee a specific amount of time remaining on products with a shelf life. However, we will never ship products with less than 30 days of shelf life remaining unless specifically requested and approved in writing by the customer.

2.Specific Date Requests

If you need your order to meet any special conditions, such as:

  • Minimum Expiration Date (DOE)
  • Specific date of manufacture (DOM)
  • Minimum percentage of remaining useful life

You must indicate this when placing your order , using the comments section or by sending a message to our customer service team. Once we receive your request, we will proceed as follows:

  1. We will verify the available inventory that meets your requirements.
  2. If the requested conditions are not met, we will inform you of the current product details and await your authorization before shipping.

4.Conditions of Acceptance and Claims

In order for us to address any requests related to shelf life, it is essential that the request was clearly stated in the original order. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or claims related to a product's shelf life if such a request was not specified at the time of purchase.
