DOWSIL Q4-2817 FLUORO-SILICONE SEALANT is a one-component, ready-to-use fluorosilicone elastomer paste engineered for demanding aerospace sealing and bonding tasks, delivering high strength and long-term resistance to fuels, oils, solvents, moisture, ozone and weathering while maintaining flexibility from −55 °C to +260 °C. With excellent adhesion to metals, composites, glass and cured silicones, it protects against corrosion and erosion in fuel tanks, engine housings and structural joints, cures at room temperature to a tough, resilient seal and tolerates vibration, shock and harsh environments common in aircraft maintenance and assembly.
