PPG Aerospace® PR-1776M Fuel Tank Sealant is an aircraft integral fuel tank sealant that weighs very little and is designed for high-temperature environments, stopping leaks before they start! It has a service temperature range of -65°F (54°C) to 250°F (121°C), with limited excursions up to 360°F (182°C) . This material is intended for fuel tank filleting and prolonged exposure to all aircraft fuels, both jet fuel and aviation gas. It will resist limited exposure to diphosphate ester based hydraulic fluids.
