The Aeroshell Microgel Advanced Multipurpose Airframe Grease 7 delivers an elite-grade synthetic ester base lubricant thickened with Microgel® technology to provide exceptional load-carrying capacity, corrosion and oxidation protection, and resistance to water wash-out. Rated from −73 °C to +121 °C (and up to +149 °C in advanced scenarios) the product excels in extreme low- and high-temperature environments, making it ideal for airframe structural components, actuator screw-mechanisms, high-load gears, instrument bearings and general airframe lubrication across turbine and piston-engine aircraft. Its clay-thickened formulation meets MIL-PRF-23827C Type II specifications and supports compatibility with aerospace-grade metals and seal materials though users must ensure seal material compatibility due to the synthetic oil base.
