The FIBRELAM 2100 Grade 3 (P/N MPL-333, NTA43654 Type II-8.0, 10.16 mm thick, 3658×1240 mm) is a flight-proven structural sandwich panel engineered specifically for demanding aerospace applications, offering an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio and outstanding dimensional stability under thermal and humidity cycling. Its epoxy-resin bonded fibreglass faces over a Nomex® honeycomb core deliver excellent in-plane shear, insert shear (up to ~7 300 N), and panel shear strength (≈3 400 N) per BMS/MIL standards, while maintaining low flammability and self-extinguishing behavior.
