The ADHESIVE: EPOXY, A/B, 200 ML CT, Huntsman Advance Materials P/N ARALDT2011-200 is a high-performance, two-component structural epoxy adhesive engineered for the most demanding aerospace environments. It cures at ambient temperature into a rigid, durable bond offering exceptional shear and peel strength on metals, composites (e.g. CFRP, GFRP), ceramics, glass, high-performance plastics, and rubbers, while maintaining good fatigue resistance under dynamic loading and vibration. With a long pot life (≈100 minutes at 25 °C) and low shrinkage, it facilitates precise application via dispenser or manual means and enables accurate joint control (typically 0.05–0.10 mm bondline). The cured joint exhibits robust resistance to humidity, elevated temperatures, thermal cycling, oils, fuels, and many chemicals, with a glass transition temperature near 45 °C. Its versatility makes it well suited for structural bonding in aircraft assemblies, avionics enclosures, composite repair, interior fixtures, and component joining in aerospace maintenance and manufacturing processes.
