TT-P-28G-GL is a high-performance, single-component silicone-based heat-resistant aluminum coating engineered to withstand continuous service temperatures up to 1000 °F and intermittent peaks up to 1200 °F (approx. 649 °C), delivering robust thermal protection for metal substrates without the need for a separate primer. Its aluminum-pigmented, low-sheen finish ensures excellent adhesion to properly prepared bare metal surfaces, while its solvent-resistant, durable film offers outstanding resistance against heat cycles, solvents, exhaust gases and corrosive environments typical in aerospace exhaust systems, engine compartments, heat exchangers, and structural hot-section components.The coating can be applied by spray, brush or roll, allowing flexible integration in maintenance, repair or original manufacturing workflows where high-temperature performance and long-term durability are critical to system reliability and safety.
