NCP COATINGS TT-P-28GL TYPE I LOW VOC COATING, 1 GAL, ALUMINUM

The NCP Coatings TT-P-28GL Type I Low VOC Coating is a high-performance, aluminum-pigmented, silicone-modulated coating engineered for aerospace and high-temperature applications where low-VOC compliance is critical. This one-component formulation offers robust oxidative and thermal stability up to approximately 1200 °F (650 °C) and features rapid dry-to-touch (≈15 min) and dry-to-hard (≈6 h) times, with recoat capability in as little as 30 minutes. Designed for direct application over suitably prepared aluminum and ferrous substrates, it delivers excellent adhesion and film integrity even under cyclical thermal stress, making it ideal for exhaust ducts, nacelle surfaces, turbine components and other aerospace support equipment. With a designed dry film thickness of 0.7–1.2 mils per coat and a maximum VOC of ~2.1 lb/gal (250 g/L), the TT-P-28GL provides the dual benefits of stringent environmental compliance and extended service life in demanding propulsion, air-frame and auxiliary power system environments.
