66C20GL THINNER: FAST, FOR 8B6A

The 66C20GL Thinner: Fast is a precision-engineered fast-evaporating reducer optimized for use with 8B6A Laminar® X-500 conductive polyurethane coatings in aerospace settings. When blended (up to 1 part per 4:1:0–1 mix ratio) it enhances spray atomization, flow, and leveling to yield defect-free, uniform films with superior surface finish. Its rapid solvent evaporation ensures tight control of film thickness even under strict environmental constraints and minimizes solvent entrapment. Compatible with critical substrates and the 8B6A chemistry, it supports full electrical conductivity at 37–50 µm film thickness and maintains rain erosion resistance at higher DFT regimes. Ideal for demanding airframe and deicing-surface applications, it increases throughput and ensures coating integrity in extreme environments.
